QMS Overview:

The process framework at Ken Groups ensures high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Ken Group has a comprehensive online Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO-9001:2000 framework.

The Quality Management System is categorized into the following broad categories:

  • A Quality Operating Manual that addresses Quality Policy, Organization structure and QMS framework
  • Software Project Management process for IT Products, IT Services and Multimedia Services
  • Software Development process covering the software development life cycle
  • Software Maintenance process covering the software maintenance life cycle
  • Organizational Support Process covering Management function and support function such as HR, Systems, Administration, Quality and Accounts.


Customer Satisfaction and Issue Resolution
Customer satisfaction is one of our primary objectives. The products / project services delivered will be measured by collecting feedback from end-user / clients. The following mechanisms highlight our issue resolution process:
  • Project level issues are recorded in a project issues-tracker and addressed by the project leader on a regular basis.
  • The Project Manager and Senior Management review the division level issues in regular stand-up meetings to ensure completeness of resolution.
Infrastructure and Security
Office space and power: Head quartered in Bangalore, India. We have a 10,000 sq.ft fully furnished office space, with 100% generator and adequate UPS backup and dedicated high-speed Internet connectivity.
Hardware and Software: Windows, Oracle and SQL servers, voice and data net worked workstations, with desktops. Our systems staff has good experience in Windows Operating systems and software, Oracle and MS SQL database, local area networking (LAN) & wide area networking (WAN) and security solutions.
Information Security: We have established very high level of security measures in the physical access, communication networks and Data networks through robust Firewall. All the Ken Group employees are governed by the confidentiality agreement through employment contract and NDA. Ken Group had established physically separated groups for executing projects of different customers. There by access to the members of the different groups are isolated throughout the project duration.
